About the Campaign: In an effort to introduce the Lagree Fitness method to Canada for the first time, Studio Lagree commissioned B Communications for a 6-month press and social media marketing campaign. In addition to garnering attention from various Toronto media and influencers, B Communications was also responsible for the initiation and management of various social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook and WordPress.

Key Activations: The campaign lead off included a week-long press launch to celebrate the studio’s grand opening, featuring exclusive preview classes with celebrity trainer and Lagree Fitness founder, Sebastian Lagree. B Communications was responsible for all media appointments and press outreach during Sebastian’s first visit to Canada. In turn, the fitness studio was the feature on various broadcast segments including outlets such as etalk, The Morning Show on Global, E! Network, Oh So Cosmo, and a live-eye segment on CP24 Morning.
About the Campaign: B Communications worked with Vancouver-based startup, Tea Sparrow to introduce media to the tea-focused subscription box service. Aiming to gain media exposure to ultimately raise consumer sales, B Communications created a multi-platform campaign over the course of six months.
Press Highlights: With over 20-million impressions garnered, Tea Sparrow quickly became a hot commodity amongst writers, editors and consumers alike. Key Activations: In June 2013, B Communications worked alongside Tea Sparrow to create a limited edition cocktail-inspired tea kit to distribute amongst subscribers. In addition to the creation of this special edition subscription box, B Communications initiated a press campaign inviting media to a tea-infused cocktail party. With intimate desk-side appointments, B Communications was able to introduce the brand to the editorial team of publications including Canadian Living, Zoomer, IN Toronto, Elevate, Anohki Magazine, and more.
About the Campaign: B Communications was chosen to launch Viora, a European industry leader for non-invasive, aesthetic medical device technology, to the Canadian market for the first time.

About the Campaign: An industry leader for non-invasive, aesthetic medical procedures, Skin Vitality commissioned B Communications to introduce media and industry experts to the brand during their first ever press launch.
Press Highlights: Within only four months over 25 media contacts had come in to meet the Skin Vitality team, with a total of 32 pieces of press secured. Notable press mentions include etalk, Globe & Mail, Hello! Canada, Flare, Global News, Elevate Magazine, and more.
Key Activations: In addition to media relations, B Communications was able to coordinate various open houses for the clinic, each resulting in over $50,000 in sales both at and after the events. B Communications also coordinated an integrated social media campaign for the brand’s “Look 10 Years Younger” makeover contest. Working in association with Celebrity Stylist, David Clemmer, Skin Vitality gave makeovers to five lucky winners valued at over $10,000.
About the Campaign: Ready to launch a new innovation in the weight loss industry, Newtopia commissioned B Communications to create a full-service PR campaign introducing the personalized health coaching company to a range of media, key influencers and potential future clients.
Press Highlights: Showcasing Newtopia as an affordable lifestyle coaching service combining nutrition with exercise and behavior management, B Communications was able to garner the attention of some of the top media in Canada. Key Activations: B Communications was able to position the brand and its consultants as key experts in the field of health and wellness. The Newtopia team and its “DNA Diet” was the subject of various broadcast features including segments on etalk, Global Morning, Global National News, daytime Toronto, Sun News, and a one-hour segment on CP24’s popular Wylde on Health program.
About the Campaign: Aiming to raise the profile of their new company, Wellpath Clinic commissioned B Communications to devise a communications strategy that would garner as much press as possible under a one-month time constraint.
Press Highlights: B Communications was able to create a “blitz” campaign, showcasing the clinic to a group of strategically picked members of the media. In just one month, B Communications was able to confirm eight pieces of press including a feature story on Global News’ current affairs program, 16:9 The Bigger Picture.
Key Activations: To celebrate Naturopathic Medicine Week, B Communications and Wellpath Clinic offered free 30-minute sessions with a doctor to discuss topics like naturopathic medicine, detoxing, hormones and supplementation. This was an opportunity for the clinic to introduce and promote their WorkWell Team Prevention and Wellness program by visiting corporate clients and delivering Naturopathic Medicine Week Wellness Gift Packages.
